inclusive education is an offshoot of unescos efforts to make education a right, based on human rights,to be justicieable to any citizen of the world. The poor as well as the rich need to be included. quality should be taken care of .quantity in the context of developing countries and third world countries need to be provided on available and affordable priorities. The govts in power should include education in their policy agenda and NOT leave it to private lobbying only.Quality should be their integrated or strategic approach.Govts should include the rich and private barons should cater to quantity and inclusiveness Skill needs to be nurtured without any caste ,gender,rural/urban bias.
